Father:  Mario Hugo Grassano, a bookkeeper with a bookkeeping and income tax business

Son:  Mario Ulysses Grassano Jr, CPA, a homeless Certified Public Accountant "

Issue:  Why did the father and the half-sister imply to the client-base that the father and/or the other brother was the CPA?  Not only were clients told this, but using the word ACCOUNTING by bookkeepers is against the law.  ONLY Certified Public Accountants can use the word, ACCOUNTING!  Yes, the sign was finallychanged last year sometime, but the implied authority was abused for a very very long time.
